GR-blog letter to Valerie

"Dear Valerie" the event that took place in the Garvin high school commons was an unfortunate disaster. You were involved in a school shooting that left six people dead, and many others wounded. But even though you were involved I don't blame you for the murders, I blame your boyfriend Nick Bell. He was the one behind the gun, and the one who pulled the trigger on all those innocent lives. Now you both created this Hatelist together, but he alone came up with a plot to kill the people it listed. It was wrong of you to joke around with him about hurting the people on list, because your jokes turned into reality. However the way you reacted during the shooting and taking a bullet in the leg yourself to stop someone else from being shot, showed a lot of courage and character you have. This is one of the main reasons I dont feel you are responsible and you should not feel like a evil villain. Once your leg heals properly you should return to school immediately and continue on and graduate from your high school. Transferrring schools or getting a tutor seems a bit silly and cowardess to me. But thats just my opinion about your situation. And let this be a lesson to you. Although its not rite for your peers to pick with one another and teases each other. Its also wrong to react in such a volatile way as Nick Bell did. Im sure you miss him very much, but he is responsible for his own actions and he is the one to blame. Not you point blank!
